Free Towel Replacements for Life

By purchasing the Lifetime Shine Warranty, you receive up to two (2) free replacement towels for any towels in the same order as this warranty, for the lifetime of the product line. Maximum one (1) replacement towel may be claimed per 12-month period. This covers loss of absorbency, fraying, or accidental household damage. 

To request a replacement, email contact@shiny-wipes.com with your order number, a clear photo or short video of the towel showing the issue, and your current shipping address. Once verified, we will ship you a replacement towel of the same or comparable model; you are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, only to the specific order where the warranty was bought, and does not apply to industrial/commercial use, fire/burn damage, bleaching, or intentional misuse. Towels sent as replacements are not covered by a new warranty.
