It usually takes between 12-72 hours for the tracking number to be active. If you don't see any tracking data yet, please come back in a few hours.
As soon as we shipped your order, you'll receive an email including the tracking number. This number can be tracked above.
That means your order is either in transport to the shipping carrier and will be updated within the next hours or, in rare cases, is delayed by unforeseen problems (due to bad weather, etc.). If you don't see any updates since 7+ days, please contact us.
In some cases your order may be split into multiple packages if we have to send from different warehouses or your order features multiple large products. You'll be able to track each package with their own tracking number.
Please make sure to check if your package was delivered to a near neighbor or was left in front of your door, hallway, etc. In most cases, packages will be found within few hours.
